Progressive die is a metalworking method that can encompass punching, coining, bending and several other ways of modifying metal raw material, combined with an automatic feeding system. The process in very capable of high production runs, depending upon the complexity and special requirements of the part. We must consider the die type and annual volumes to determine the optimum die size according to process characterstic. Thickness range from 0.05 mm to 8.0 mm.
